The Red Fire Anemone or "Night Anemone" is a rare and beautiful find the aquarium trade. During the day it resembles a patch of flowers and uses the light as a food source. At night it extends its mouth upward out of it body to catch food. During this time it looks as though a Tube Anemone has grown up through the patch of flowers.

This anemone packs a powerful punch. Care should be taken not to touch this species as it's sting can cause severe pain, permanant rashing, and in rare cases renal failiure.
